The team helped out with the Stansbury House Ice Cream Social and has several park cleanup projects in the works, as well as partnering with Leanne Chrisman to continue support of student veterans.

Rotary Youth Exchange students Noelle and Ingelise were featured in the Enterprise-Record (https://tinyurl.com/y2f22fky). The club is looking for students who would like to study abroad in 2020-2021, and host families who would accept an international student. Contact Levi Russell.

Fine Time and Recognition

Gordon Bergthold took a trip up to Leavenworth last month to spend a week with family, then drove down the Oregon coast on the way home. One of the most beautiful places on earth is just five hours from Chico. Can’t wait to go back! 8 Bells.

Matt Jackson recently took a trip to Hampton, VA where his grandson was playing in AAU basketball. The team took third place! After 10 days they brought their two grandsons home for an exciting, exhausting visit with Grandma & Granddad. 8 Bells.

Paul Moore enjoyed a recent visit with family, including two grandsons, in New York. He’s enjoying staying connected with family via social media. Does Paul have a Snapchat? The world wonders. 5 Bells.

Fond Farewell to Bruce and Myrna Hagerty: After sixteen years in the club, Bruce and Myrna are moving to St. George, Utah, to be closer to family. Although it’s hard to say goodbye to Chico, the time is right for a new chapter in life, Bruce said. Come visit their house on the golf course! Glen will miss having a fellow LA Dodgers fan around!

Raffle

Tod Kimmelshue: No luck ... but $20 for the campaign war chest.
